EDGE Certification
In February 2024, the project successfully completed its final certification process under the international EDGE standard. With a total gross floor area of 25,593 sq.m, Interpred Boyana demonstrates strong performance in sustainable construction:

• 37% energy savings: Achieved through high-performance thermal insulation of the roof and walls, optimized glazing, and the implementation of smart energy monitoring systems.

• 37% water savings: Delivered through the installation of next-generation water-efficient fixtures across the complex and precise resource monitoring.

• 85% less embodied energy in materials: A result of a sustainable approach in selecting materials for the main structure, façade, and glazing, significantly reducing the environmental footprint.

With annual savings of 363.83 tons of CO₂, the project reinforces the management’s commitment to modern environmental standards.
