The building is free standing, high built with a total area of 30 000 m2, on 12 floors and with underground area 15 600m2. It is located within the limits of Sofia Tech Park.
The above ground floor is organized around a landscaped courtyard. The ground floor is being open to the perimeter space with passages.
Once again Triple Green was selected over other consultants as the only company in Bulgaria working with equal expertise in all certification systems on the market. We assisted the Owner in understanding the differences between rating tools and selecting the most appropriate for the project.
Sofia Tech One is BREEAM certified to the Excellent level.
