SE Manufacturing Facility

The development of the new state-of-the-art plant is spanning 8,300 square meters. This high-tech industrial facility will produce automatic switches and other low-voltage electrical products and is designed to meet the company's global standards for an Advanced Smart Factory.
A key feature is the innovative geothermal heating and cooling system, which uses "dry" closed-type boreholes. This system offers over 70% savings in electrical energy by utilizing the earth's natural temperature and incorporating both passive and active cooling.

The facility is aiming to achieve LEED Gold certification, ensuring very low emissions and high energy and production efficiency. The plant will also integrate advanced automation in building management and production processes, featuring energy management systems and renewable energy sources connected through Schneider Electric's digital energy management solutions.
