The building operates sustainably and efficiently, with almost 10% of its energy provided by an on-site solar plant and a 50% reduction in energy usage compared to a baseline model. Water use has been cut by over 50% through efficient fixtures indoor and the use of local plant species for the landscape. Sustainable, low-VOC, local materials like concrete and steel were chosen to minimize the carbon footprint. Waste reduction efforts include easily accessible recycling bins with collection services provided by building maintenance and local haulers. Over 82% of regularly occupied spaces offer views of the outdoors, including top-tier views of Vitosha Mountain.
