Office Building ADORA 3

Adora Business Center 3 is a corporate building of an international pharmaceutical giant for the region of South-Eastern Europe. It is located in one of the well-developed and most dynamic business locations in Sofia- directly opposite Business Park Sofia.The area provides quick access from the complex to Sofia Airport and the central part of the city.

The dynamic forms of the building are strongly influenced by the location – the last floors of the building have a different shape and direction of orientation, following the directions of the road arteries.
An ecological and holistic building with the highest parameters is the main goal of the client. There are numerous features that together increase the health and comfort of the occupants, while achieving the highest parameters for energy efficiency and environmental performance.

The building is in the process of being certified under the LEED system.
For the first time in an office building in Bulgaria, a cooling center has been implemented, where the chillers are based on an environmentally friendly alternative refrigerant, R290, instead of ordinary freons. Also, some chillers use natural gas as their energy source.

Also implemented are elevators that generate energy every time they move down.
