Nova City Mladost Residence

Mladost Residence is a residential building consisting of three sections, with eleven main floors, one terraced and two underground allocated for garages. 

The building is located within the required distances from the regulation lines, being located inside the property, leaving a pleasant southern courtyard with a view of the Vitosha mountain. 

The main entrance to the building is located in section A, which is located next to the street. It also includes jobs for a security guard and a butler at the reception in the lobby. Secondary entrances are provided for the remaining two sections, accessible through a courtyard with limited visitor access. Additional access to Sections B and C is provided via the east service street and rear north yard, which houses a fire engine bay and car parking spaces. A car elevator with access from the south street is planned for the underground garages, and an evacuation staircase from the underground levels is located immediately next to it. From the same, for the convenience of the residents, a covered two-lane ramp was added under section A. At the southwest end of the property, there is an underground substation with free access from the adjacent sidewalk.

The building provided for in the project is entirely residential with floor co-ownership. It has a total of 12 floors above ground level (11+1 terraced) and two underground floors – with a total cornice height of up to 35m. The building is divided into 3 sections (entrances). The project comprises a total of 165 units.
