EnduroSat Space Center

EnduroSat is moving its company to an existing building in order to expand and modernize its activities. The planned ongoing renovation of the building aims and expects to achieve the following improvements and benefits for the overall functionality and operation:

▪ Creating an opportunity to increase the working capacity;
▪ Creating a larger room for assembling satellites as the main activity of the company;
▪ Creating a better and more efficient work environment;
▪ Modernization of the building's installation systems in order to meet current needs and requirements to date;
▪ Improving the microclimate and working conditions;
▪ Improving the lighting and noise insulation in the premises;
▪ Increasing the security and safety of the building;
▪ Repairing and renovating areas in the building where there are building installations, cladding, walls, etc. in deteriorated condition.

The building is developed on 10 above-ground and 2 underground floors. Access is provided through a ramp from Tsarigradsko Shosse to the two underground levels. The main function of the building is administrative. Offices and work premises were located on the floors. All parking spaces for the building's employees as well as all technical premises are located at the underground levels.
