Classical skyscraper
Capital Fort is the highest building in the city of Sofia. This large-scale business project has a key location in a fast-growing district of the city of Sofia near the Tsarigradsko Shose metro station.
The 126 m tower is designed as a classical skyscraper with central core and offices at the periphery. 12 high-speed elevators are located in the core, serving 24 office floors and 3 mechanical floors.
The motto of the project is: “Practical, but exciting building”, which combines the most important values of a successful and timeless project. The bigger mission of Capital Fort is to contribute to the shaping of the new city skyline of Sofia, revealing the potential of the most important city gateway and rising high as one of the new landmarks of the capital.
The spectacular public spaces within the building are key elements of the project. Contemporary solutions in the field of parametric design, as well as original and innovative combinations of materials and techniques are implemented in the interior of these spaces.
The Capital Fort Office Tower is being certified under BREEAM- an internationally recognized green building rating system.
