BPS Office Building 15

The new Building 15 in The Sofia Business Park is situated in an area with abundant vegetation and mature trees, having a good public transport connection and easy access to municipal streets. 

The new design shows respect to the existing environment, extending the balanced and diverse architectural language of the previous buildings in the Park into a logic transition to the new visual appearance of Building 15. Strategic pedestrian connections were kept at ground level, providing extension of public spaces throughout the building. That way, its atrium turns into a logical continuation of public spaces around the lake. An open roof park is situated at the top of the building, providing additional recreation space for the tenants and sustainable benefits for the building. The shape of the building is the result of a detailed analysis of the context: views, directions and orientation. It has its own attitude to the surroundings, welcoming the employees and visitors at the east side of Business Park.

Triple Green helped the asset owner and project team to reach the highest achievement for only new construction buildings in the Business Park Sofia complex- a LEED v4 C&S Platinum certificate, the second Platinum level building in Bulgaria. We assisted the facility management of the office park in providing green tenant guidelines for the whole development.
