InGrid Schneider Electric HUB Achieves LEED Platinum with Triple Green’s Support
Another LEED PLATINUM project successfully certified under our belt. Congratulations to Schneider Electric and to our Serbian partners on this achievement!
We are proud to share that the InGrid Schneider Electric HUB—a visionary transformation of an industrial heritage site—has officially achieved LEED Platinum certification, the highest level under the globally recognized green building rating system.
Located within the historic Novkabel Complex, the project stands as a remarkable example of sustainable innovation, adaptive reuse, and forward-thinking workplace design. Triple Green Building Group supported the LEED certification process for this unique IT Center, now home to over 1,000 professionals in the technology sector.
The building blends modern functionality with natural elements, incorporating a “Green Ring” of vegetation along the façade and four Green Atriums—lush internal gardens designed for relaxation and informal collaboration. The design reflects a thoughtful balance between productivity and well-being, while preserving the identity of the original hall structure through careful restoration.
With sustainability embedded at every level, the project achieved:
✔ Up to 75% reduction in CO₂ emissions and energy consumption through early strategic decisions
✔ Use of recycled concrete and responsible construction materials
✔ Implementation of wastewater treatment systems and renewable energy solutions
Beyond its environmental credentials, the InGrid HUB offers:
Improved working and living conditions through lower long-term operational costs
A sustainable energy model with energy storage and potential grid contribution
Community impact, preserving local heritage while promoting shared values
This achievement reflects not only a commitment to green building excellence, but also to people-centered design, energy resilience, and community empowerment.
Triple Green is honored to be part of this transformative project—setting a new benchmark for sustainable workplace environments in the region.
