Office Building Expo 2000 – Phase IV

nv 2000 Office Park Phase IV is the final addition to the existing EXPO 2000 office park, a commercial development designed to serve and an example in sustainability, planning and creating user friendly public spaces. Developer's aim is to offer not only a modern building employing the latest technologies but to also enhance the overall office environment with better connectivity and recreational spaces. The project achieved the highest level of green building certification- LEED Platinum- hoping to serve as an example to the community. It is the first Platinum certified building in Bulgaria.

The building is part of a larger office complex, part of which has been previously LEED certified Gold. The LEED project boundary for Expo 2000 Phase IV is separately calculated from the project boundary for Expo Phase III which is certified LEED Gold. The projects are treated as separate and all calculations reflect this. The project developer intentionally aimed for LEED Platinum after the positive experience with our team during the LEED Gold certification of the previous phase. We worked closely with all members of the project team to ensure that no detail was left unaddressed in order to document a record 91 points for the project, securing the first LEED Platinum building in Bulgaria.
