In October 2021, FairPlay International JSC began the construction of a new high-class, green, mixed-use building in Sofia’s downtown, on Yanko Sakazov Blvd., next to the Vasil Levski Monument and the five-star Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The total build-up area of the modern building will be almost 23,000 sq.m., of which over 5,000 sq.m. on an underground level, intended for garages and parking lots. The functional green building will unite class "A" offices, retail spaces, and relaxation areas. Among the amenities for tenants and visitors will be conference halls with capacity of up to 150 people, shops, restaurants, bicycle parking, charging stations for electric vehicles, and other services.

The building will be certified as "green" and will meet the requirements for sustainable construction according to the LEED standard. Solar installations and many energy-saving systems are planned. Part of the roofs will have permanent intensive landscaping, which will reduce radiation. The occupants of the building and the surrounding areas will enjoy a beautiful green landscape.
