LEED Platinum Milestone for Business Park Sofia: Buildings 8 and 9 Certified

We are pleased to share that Buildings 8 and 9 at Business Park Sofia have officially achieved LEED Platinum certification, the highest level of recognition under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system.

This follows the earlier success of Buildings 4 and 15, continuing the site’s journey toward exemplary sustainability performance. Triple Green Building Group is proud to have served as the LEED consultant for all four buildings, supporting the certification process and guiding the project teams in meeting the rigorous criteria for energy efficiency, water savings, indoor environmental quality, and sustainable material use.

Achieving LEED Platinum across multiple assets within the same campus demonstrates not only a strong commitment to sustainability by the building owners, but also a coordinated approach to improving environmental performance at scale.
