We are so pleased to share the news for the official certificate for the first LEED Platinum certified building in Bulgaria – Office Building Expo 2000 Phase IV! This is a huge achievement for any development project in any country, and certainly even greater for Bulgaria where despite the high quality of small percent of all development projects, there are multiple obstacles of various natures.
